  The arena seats 6400 (5000 permanent, 1400 temporary) with varying seating for different events: concert 6000, ice vent 5000, basketball 5000, boxing 5000, rodeo 5000 theatre 3000. The venue has 19,500 sq ft of floor area with a 49' ceiling (100 lbs/sq ft load max). there is a 60' x 40' portable stage, a 14' x 14 freight door, and 400A/200A electrical. There are 8 concession stands, banquet seating for 1458, and 4 meeting rooms for 40-300 capacity.

  The arena is home to the Western Hockey League Kelowna Rockets and has seating for 8000 (5800 permanent and 2200 portable, plus 30 luxury seats.) Seating limits vary by event type: concerts 8000, ice event 7000, basketball 7000, boxing 8000. There is a 18705 sq ft floor area (200' x 85' ice rink), with a 49' ceiling and a 80' x 48' portable stage. Floor load limit 200 lb / sq ft, 1x800A and 4x400A electrical.

  This venue has two facilities: the Auditorium and the Civic Arena. The Auditorium seats 900, has a 50' by 28' permanent stage a 50' by 3' proscenium, 2 dressing rooms, 6 lines, and 220V 200A electrical. The Vernon Civic Arena has 2252 seats, with banquet seating for 750, 2 meeting rooms with capacity for 80-180. The floor has an area of 14400 sq ft with an 80' x 180' ice rink with concrete floor, a 22' ceiling, a 14' by 14' freight door, and 220V 400A electrical.
