Transportation: Transit
BC Transit (the provincial government) operates public transit in several
communities in the Okanagan-Shuswap area. The larger communities (Vernon,
Kelowna and Penticton) are served by scheduled bus service.
BC Transit also provides subsidized paratransit
service for those with limited mobility.
